Sablés aux noisettes et café au thermomix ou sans (cadeaux gourmands, étiquette à imprimer)

J’adore offrir des petits gâteaux. Je trouve cela tellement plus sympa que des fleurs. Voici donc de jolis petits sablés aux noisettes et café (au thermomix ou sans) que j’ai offerts façon cadeaux gourmands. Vous retrouverez donc une étiquette à imprimer en fin d’article, profitez-en !

Pour 6
60g de farine
45g de beurre pommade
30g de poudre de noisettes + 3 noisettes entières pour la déco
30g de sucre
5g de café moulu (une dosette tassimo!)
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
Vanille liquide

Au thermomix
Dans le bol, placer le beurre et le sucre pour 1mn vit 5. Ajouter tous les autres ingrédients pour 2mn, vit 5. Sortir la pâte (qui sera friable), former une grosse boule puis 6 petites. Les décorer d’une demi -noisette. Enfourner pour 15mn à 180 dans un four préchauffé. Ils durciront en refroidissant.
Sans le thermomix
Dans un saladier, battre le beurre et le sucre ensemble. Ajouter tous les autres ingrédients et bien mélanger. Sortir la pâte (qui sera friable), former une grosse boule puis 6 petites. Les décorer d’une demi -noisette. Enfourner pour 15mn à 180 dans un four préchauffé. Ils durciront en refroidissant.
