Placer le lait,la vanille, le riz et le sucre dans le bol et programmer 30mn, 100, mijotage, sens inverse. Au bip, vérifier que le liquide soit bien absorbé ; si ce n’est pas le cas, programmer à nouveau 5mn, 100, mijotage, sens inverse. Laisser refroidir complètement. Placer dans un moule à sushis. Garnir de fruits et décorer.
Sans le thermomix
Dans une casserole, place le lait, la vanille et le sucre. Faire bouillir et ajouter le riz. Baisser le feu et laisser cuire doucement, en mélangeant régulièrement. Laisser refroidir complètement. Placer dans un moule à sushis. Garnir de fruits et décorer.
