Dans la semaine, j’ai eu l’idée de réaliser une omelette à la pomme de terre et au thon c’est-à-dire une tortilla pour bébé (au thermomix ou sans). Puisque ma pépette adore manger dans mon assiette, pourquoi ne pas lui faire une version adaptée à son petit palais ? 

1 oeuf
1 petite pomme de terre
20g de thon en conserve
Persil
Matière grasse
Poêle à blinis

Au thermomix
Placer 600g d’eau dans le bol. Dans le panier, mettre la pomme de terre coupée en cubes pour 25mn, 100, 1. Vider le bol. Y placer tous les ingrédients (sauf la matière grasse) et mixer 30s, vit 9. Il ne doit plus y avoir de morceaux. Déposer de la matière grasse dans une poêle à blinis et y verser le mélange. Cuire comme une omelette, en retournant à mi-cuisson.
Sans le thermomix
Cuire la pomme de terre à la vapeur. Dans un mixeur, placer tous les ingrédients (sauf la matière grasse) et mixer. Il ne doit plus y avoir de morceaux. Déposer de la matière grasse dans une poêle à blinis et y verser le mélange. Cuire comme une omelette, en retournant à mi-cuisson.

    Mon petit Samuel qui a 13 mois a mangé sa première tortilla dimanche midi il n'en a pas laissé une miette!
    J'ai fait cuire un peu tro lgtps et comme c'était trop chaud j,ai mélangé avec 30ml de lait et c,etait parfait. MERCI Alexandra c'est grace a ttes tes recettes que mon loulou se régale !!
