Et côté verdict… J’en suis faaaaaaaaaan ! Très fan. Trop fan ? Parce que c’est peu diététique quand même… Mais tellement bon…Aller, je suis sympa, je vous file ma recette !
Pour 6 pots d’environ 100ml, j’ai mis
1 yaourt vanille (style la laitière)
60 cl de lait demi-écrémé1
20 cl de lait concentré sucré
35g de lait en poudre
Mélanger le lait en poudre et le yaourt dans un grand bol. Ajouter le lait concentré sucré puis le lait demi-écrémé à peine chauffé. Verser dans les pots de verre. Placer dans la yaourtière pour 10h puis au frais pendant au moins 4h.
